Stonebridge
Kicks ass with another Remix for Born To Dance &
the talented father and son duo Lux’x. The atmospheric
soulful vocals sung by Debbie Sharp are accompanied
by dark undertones of synthesised keyboards, a bass
as deep as an ocean, and a beat that’ll move the
toughest souls.

REACTIONS
DJ
Marco Smith, Uberdisko Records and Flaunt - It's a strong
track. Got a feeling this will do well. Will give it
my full support - 10/10. "You got me Chain'd to
the rhythm of love". The track is a belter! Will
chart and give club support.
Jay C,

Lounge - Ibiza - Stonebridge Vox - Yeah man, I like
this. It doesn't cause dancefloor devastation but it
keeps it goin' nicely. In my chart at no. 11.
Matt Masters,
Sunsea Bar, Privilege, El Divinos, Ibiza - The 'Dan
Dare' mix of this track rocks. Wicked bass and nice
up-tempo beats for the 'harder' crowd. The 'Stonebridge
mixes' both work well too - nice all runner. Is there
a buzz on this record? Yeah, man

I like the StoneBridge Vocal Mix. It's a good Pop-Dance
Number.

The track for me rocks .Played it on air and my venue
went down very well. The mix that worked for me and
the floor was the Stonebridge Vocal Club Mix. I used
it at the start of my night and played it later as well
and it was well received on both counts. It is a track
that I will play on a regular basis.

This StoneBridge vocal track takes it deeper, moody
and gives it the tech vibes that make it a great track
to play on radio.

What a dub mix by Dan Dare - this gets the juices flowing,
slightly tougher, deeper and darker and it goes down
a treat on the dance floor. Release is to be what I
consider a "change of mood" track, and is
there a buzz on this record? Well I think there could
be if the Dan Dare dub was picked up on by others.

Played the full vocal mix at an early warm up last Friday,
not many people there at the time but I think it would
go down well. I prefer the StoneBridge vocal mix and
will try it out at the weekend.

Just a short note to thank you for sending me the latest
tracks from the born2dance label - The last two releases
Lux'x and so 4 real have been great tracks for me in
clubland - both have been played over the past 4 weeks
and included in my warm up sets. The remixes are well
produced, I've been playing the JJ vocal on the so 4
real track and the StoneBridge mix on the Lux'x track.

'StoneBridge Club' mix opens this release with soulful
vocals courtesy of Debbie Sharp,
accompanied by dark undertones of synth keys and a deep
bassline. It's up beats and cheery,
the vocals are the hero, whipping up a storm on the
dancefloor. The 'StoneBridge Dub' continues the stomping
funky house. The 'SNCL Vocal' adds further depth to
the sound with
more layers to fill out the track. Lastly, the 'Dan
Dare Dub' toughens up the bassline, adds some tech-house
tones and makes the track a little harder for those
meaner dance floors out there. Good, clean funky, hard,
tech, vocal house action all the way.

Some excellent vocal house here, starting with the SNCL
mix, which is a really classy soulful house cut, slightly
mid-90's sounding, but is all the better for it. Dan
Dare's dub goes for a slightly Junior Jack style sound,
with whooping FX & a deep electronic bassline. Stonebridge's
vocal & dub mixes tread similar paths, utilising
a warm live bassline & some filtered stabs, adding
quite a deep & intense sound to his mixes. Quality
stuff all the way from Born To Dance. 4/4

Solid enough groove - best in it's stone incarnation
- that can hold a floor no problems but without coming
across as particularly standout
Lux'x 'Chain'd' (StoneBridge mix) has now been signed
to S Records (Scandinavia) to appear on House Power
Volume 1, compilation album.
