If you’ve never stood up & taken notice of Born To Dance, you will now!! Bringing you possibly one of the biggest electro house tracks of 2006, we’re excited to introduce you to the TASTEMAKERS!!
Early Plays from: Chris Lake, StoneBridge, Funkagenda, Granite & Funk, Richard Dinsdale, Micky Slim, Kid Massive & more.
“DEFINITION” looks set to take the electro house scene by storm. This peak time infectious monster will send shivers down your spine. The jagged edged drive will have contagious effects on dance floors across the country making hairs stand on end!!
Hailing from London, UK, Tastemakers are one of the hottest upcoming dance production/DJ outfits of recent times. Formed of two hugely talented producers/musicians, DJ's; Ben Preston (19) and Nathan C (20), maybe dance music's babies but certainly have a massive career ahead of them. They formed in early 2006 out of a shared passion for House music and are on the sharp uprise gathering interest from many of the UK's leading dance labels and already gaining national airplay on BBC Radio 1.
Still studying at University they have already accomplished remix work for Data Records (Ministry of Sound) on Carnival’s ' bby. In addition, “Definition” received airplay on Fergie’s Radio 1 show back in August (as his unsigned track of the week) and was subsequently snapped up by Born to Dance Records.
NOIR Remix
Noir's outstanding remix takes this monster & reworks it into a driving, pumping, beat fuelled destroyer with a funky, yet slightly darker twist providing the 2nd equally as strong mix.
The last couple of years have been extremely exiting and busy for Noir (real name René Kristensen). Producing and dj’ing since 1996, Noir gave up his daytime job in 2003 to focus and concentrate on his dj and producing career.
Noir is now one of the most in demand rising producers having already had releases on Toolroom Records, Wyze Recordings, DTPM, House Session, Deeplay Soultec, Compulsive Music, Juicy Music, Gossip Records, Data Records, Onephattdeepa, Seamless Records, Lickin’ Records, R & G Electronics, Delecto, Soulmagic Recordings, Oxyd Records, Ego Music, Purefunk, Southern Fried Records, Disco:wax, Warner, etc.
This is definitely one of the hottest tracks to watch out for this year!!
