Remember, Remember the 5th November and well, what a night to remember!!
Being fireworks night & all, tension was running high with anticipation of the turnout. Very soon it became apparent this tension & nerves turned to joy & excitement. The energy tonight was electric, like none we'd seen before, it was going through the roof from the offset. The people that attended? Pure party people all the way!!
Our Born To DJ competition winner Dave Cross fired up the main room in style & proved to us why we chose him as our winner. His unique track selection & uplifting beats got the crowds hooked and warmed them up perfectly for label boss, Gav McCall. Gav then upped the anti as usual with his trademarks sounds. His pure energy took the entire club with him to another level!! 1 AM rolls on and all hell broke lose when the FREEMASONS took to the decks opening with their chart hit "Love On My Mind". The Ocean Rooms erupted as they funked & twisted everybody in the room till 4am!!

Upstairs on the top floor Pete Haywood rocked a stylish crowd, teasing them with old and new classy house music. The crowd wanted it, Pete gave it to them, just how they wanted it, sexy & funky!!

The club classics room was heaving from the start. Taking the crowd back to good times gone by, Joe Mitchell, Stuart Adcock & Uptowns very own Mick Fuller supplied the soundtrack for the last few decades' in house music. Tracks, long forgotten were resurrected once more with an overwhelming response.
Born To Dance @ The Ocean Rooms once again oozed success with our now regular stylish & sexy crowd, uplifting house music and our pure party atmosphere. The whole club pulsated & oozed class. We will return, better, stronger & even bigger than before on December 17th 2005!!
