Christmas Is Here And StoneBridge Is Back!!!
Saturday 17th December saw Born To Dance Records return to the Ocean Rooms once more to present our most treasured DJ, Stonebridge. With the new door times, tension was running high but with the aid of Stone, the tension was released @ 11pm when the doors opened.
A constant stream of up for it party people & Born To Dance's own DJ Dave Bonner, meant the middle floor was jumping when the clock struck 12…. After that Joe Mitchell notched things up a little taking things a bit deeper till the 1 am slot…

Meanwhile downstairs, KJ Clancy & head honcho Gav McCall were up to their usual tricks. Playing upfront, party house tunes, the masses were flocking to the dance floor. By 2am the mood was perfectly set for Stonebridge to take over - He took to the decks instantly creating a serge in numbers, much like bees to honey. Born To Dance & our crowd @ The Ocean Rooms is now much like a close nit family, who embraces Stone as one of our own. Stones clever track listing meant he could take the crowd exactly where he wanted to… and he did! When the final nail dropped @ 4am the place went hysterical meaning it was a job well done all round, until next time…

Back upstairs Carl Hanaghan was funking people up with a quality soundtrack of the best funky tracks gone by…Bob Sinclar - "Feel For You" & Afro Medusa - "Pasilda" particularly went down well meaning everyone was up & dancin'. Rounding up the night with "The Weekend" summed up the whole party in a nutshell….
Another party gone, another one to come. February will see us return on the 18th with Stonebridge to get the New Year off to a flying start…….
