With Ibiza in full swing, Born To Dance have been busy putting the finishing touches together of what we're sure you'll agree is the biggest re-mix package of the year so far, and with Undersound returning on vocal duty, the dynamic duo are back with what is surely destined to be one of THE tunes of the summer, "Can't Breathe".
Could 2011 be going any better for Karl G & Jamesie? Firstly their Winter Warmer EP smashed the Upfront Charts, four tunes of immense quality, still rocking dance floors and air waves the world over, gathering the support off the biggest names on the planet along the way. This was quickly followed up with their re-working of the trance classic "GameMaster", as they continued their Chart, Club, and Radio momentum, cracking Radio 1's daytime airplay off Scott Mills along the way, after years of Judge Jules exclusively breaking their new material, the world of dance music now knows what these boys can do.
You know you're doing something right when you're getting support off the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Freemasons, Gareth Emery, Judge Jules, Richard Durand, Paul Oakenfold and many many more...
A killer hook, emotional vocals, along with everything else you'd come to expect from a Karl G & Jamesie production, Karl & Jamesie's Club Mix of "Can't Breathe" hits all the right notes, pardon the pun Winking smile emoticon
The John Voltaire mix has Ibiza written all over it, a musical masterpiece, he follows on from his amazing re-mix of Freemasons "Believer" in style, it's an underground, melodic monster, destined for huge support
Having just been signed to Hospital Records sub-label Med School, Born To Dance are delighted to bring you Lung's "Can't Breathe Pardon The Pun" re-mix (pardon using pardon the pun twice, but that's the most genius re-mix title we've ever heard!), and he offers the most melodic piece of Drum & Bass you're ever likely to hear. He's destined for big things, and you can hear here why Med School snapped him up so soon after he did this re-mix
Undersound shows he's not just a top drawer vocalist with his Original Garage Mix. Strong enough to lead the package on it's own, and featuring Undersound also performing guitar and French horn, it's yet another example of the supreme musical talent this package has to offer.
Finally we finish part one off with Karl G & Jamesie's Instrumental and the, what is sure to be utilised a lot, Radio Edit.
And if you thought it couldn't get any bigger, watch out for Part Two, where the legendary Paul Emanuel works his magic... |
